In the Mighty Avengers #4 the last page shows the Ubuntu grub screen on a computer in the panels. Kernel 2.6.10-5, they should really upgrade from Breezy.

    Dang dang dang dang dang. Nice catch. I was SO going to use that idea in my own comic, except with the bootsplash instead of the GRUB menu. Oh well, I’ll still use it somehow :D

  3. That’s why they’ve been hacked — Breezy’s security support was terminated this March, IIRC. :-)

    Sweet. That’s a nicely detailed comic right there…. He could have just taken the easy way out and used nonsense text that was too blurry to read. So when does grub get the “access denied banner” patch? :-D
