No difference, usually only the kernel is optimized for 686.

  4. Will the Acrobat Reader play nice with MozPlugger 1.7.1? I know previous Acrobat Readers had a problem co-existing with MozPlugger (or vice versa).

    Thanks again

Will this work with the latest Opera as well. I just installed the pdf plugin in Opera and don’t think i have any issues since I tried to open the subversion.pdf from the subversion website. If I don’t have any problems opening pdf’s within Opera should I still do this? Thanks for any suggestions!

  10. Mike says:

Sorry never use Opera, so I do not know.

  11. Ninja562 says:

I get an error in processing the codecs, The package architecture (i386) does not match system (amd64)

Where are the amd 64 codecs?

Hi! Just tried to download the w32codecs, but I keep getting “ERROR 404: (no description). I have Ubuntu Dapper Drake 6 LTS and a pretty new and potent computer that usually does everything I ask of it. Any advice??
PS. I’m enthusiastic about Linux, a quick learner and getting very fond of the Terminal, but.. I’ve only been using Linux for 5 months, so Please, don’t presume I “know” anything, but give me ALL the details, and you make me Very Happy :D
