PenguinTV 1.75 for Dapper

The version of PenguinTV in Dapper is a little behind. I have made a .deb package for it for the latest development version (PenguinTV 1.75). It is consider unstable, but it is working well for me.

Just noticed you did this, thanks. Could you possibly help me update my setup.py and scripts so I can generate my own deb files? I can’t figure out how to do it myself.
